REFUND POLICIES

Help! My Curlyhair product did not arrive up to par.

In some cases, products will get damaged during their transit on their way from our manufacturing facility to our fulfillment center. This is a rare occurrence but does happen from time to time. Likewise, if you receive a product that you suspect to be expired, damaged, or not suitable for use please contact our customer service team at accestoreboutik@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will issue you a replacement or a full refund on the item. 

Since this is a rare occurrence, we may ask you for evidence to show that you have received a damaged item. Simply follow this 2-step instruction:

    1. Take a 30-60 second video clip and 1-3 photos of your item and its packaging.
    2. Get in touch with our customer support team at accestoreboutik@gmail.com and let us know about the defect in your item along with the video clip and photos of the defective item.

If we determine that the product is severely damaged, there will be no need to return it. We will issue you a replacement order asap. However, if you do not wish to get a replacement order and prefer to get a full refund, you will have to return your item in the original packaging back to us. 

If we determine that the product is only slightly damaged, we will ask you to return it back to us, before we can issue you any replacements or refunds. We will provide you with a convenient return address upon request. accestoreboutik will pay for the return shipping of faulty or damaged items. 

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please consider using a trackable shipping service. In order to avoid further damage to the products, we suggest that you use safer packaging and shipping options when returning your item. 

We expect to receive any returned items with no further damages than what was reported during the initial contact. We will assess the condition of the returned items upon receipt and we will let you know if the replacement or refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue the replacement order or refund immediately. 

 

How long do refunds take?

Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be processed and posted to your payment method.

 

Can I return a product if I have (gently) used it?

Unfortunately, following abuse by some customers and unjustified refund requests, we have made the decision to no longer accept returns unless the product received has arrived damaged.

 Lost or Undelivered Orders:

If the tracking number for your order shows that your package was lost during shipment, we will either send a replacement order with express shipping or fully refund you. Please contact our support team at accestoreboutik@gmail.com if your package has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time.
